Milestone: Can say Pa pa
Lil Kieran surprised us again when he said "Papa". My man was so happy. The same thing happened with Kayla.. she learnt to say papa first. So unfair right. Humph..

Bye Bye

Milestone: Wave Bye bye
Kieran has extremely short attention span, very easily distracted & super active. My mother in law always say "a busy bee like his father".

He will run or look away whenever daddy & I try to "educate" him. We wonder how much he absorbs. Finally, today he waved bye bye to my uncle.. and I thought I heard him said "bak bak" as he waved (bak bak = bye bye? or a nickname he gave my uncle??)

I couldnt believe my eyes & ears! So I waved at him again and he waved back. :)

My no.1 is down..

Past 2 days were extremely tiring for me..

My mum had a minor sprain on her lower back so she couldnt help me out with the kids.. and yesterday, Kayla was down with stomach flu (my cousin said greedy people always get it. I think so too!).

This is how my Monday went:

Mum went to see a doc. in the morning. Due to some timing issue, Kayla had to pon tang school (she was ok in the morning). After her nap at 3pm, she had fever.. then vomitted twice. Of all days, Kieran chose to be exceptionally sticky to me. He refused to be carried or entertained by my maid. So I had to carry him & attend to my girl.

Brought her to see a PD in the evening. Mom drove. My two Koala bears clung on to me at the backseat.

I noticed Kieran was quite different.. He is a very independent little boy but yesterday he will scream for me when I am out of his sight. I saw him walking to every corner of the house looking for me. What an unusual but heart warming sight.. cant wait to hear him call Mama.

Anyway, both old & young are much better today. I am so happy!

Back to my bandage days...

2 days ago, Kayla kicked on my left big toe nail and it started to swell. Today I went back to my manicurist to get my left nail extension removed. Brought my little culprit along.. she sat on my lap to watch the "painful" process. She kept telling the lady, "dont cut my mummy's nail..dont cut." Her hands waving No No.

Mum's new notebook!

My current notebook is about to give way, so daddy bought me a new pink notebook from the IT fair last week so that I can continue to work & blog.

Shopping!

I really love shopping.. I no longer indulge in clothes, shoes or handbags but find enjoyment in shopping in children's departments, Toy R us ... & supermarkets.

Wed & Thurs we were at Vivocity. Today we went to OG sales & Botanic Gardens. Bought a stylo pair of Clark shoes for Kieran.



Ever since my aunty told my mom about the delicious muffins at Botanic Gardens, she cant stop thinking about it. The first time we went, we couldnt find the cafe.. the place is SO BIG.. and there were a few carparks. Today, we tried to look for it again.. mission failed.

Milestone: Climb
Today is the first time I saw Kieran climbed up the chair.. and very fast. Wanted to capture him in action so I made him climbed up again, by blocking his path with the chair Ha ha ha.
