Hello Nemo

Kieran is feeling under the weather due to the crazy weather. Past few days have been extremely cold & its only AUTUMN !!

I opened a new box of jigsaw puzzle for him & it kept him occupied for a good 4 hrs - fixed, removed, fixed, removed .. countless times !

Money well spent !!!

Picnic day

Kayla, Kieran & I had a long day today. We went for a picnic.

I made sandwiches, packed some biscuits, water, toys & brought along a chinese story book. We put everything, including a big blankie, into a bag and off we went. We walked one round & Kayla decided to stop there to have our picnic.

I lay out the blanket, emptied the bag of food & toys and we had an enjoyable time eating, talking & reading a book.

I am always worried that Kieran is not vocal enough. Sometimes I feel like I am a horrible mom - not teaching enough - when I see other kids of his age singing & speaking alot more. But whenever I see him quietly & patiently doing a puzzle and then fixing it all over again with little or no difficulties, I know he is special in his own little ways.

New Look

1) I hope Nai nai doesnt fly down to Sydney to strangle me for chopping off Kieran's hair. I had daddy's permission ok !! Kieran's hair was getting too messy, fuzzy & tangled so I brought him to a hair salon today and ...

2) Been wanting to get a huge bean bag for our living room.. Kayla & Kieran loves to sit on the cushions to watch tv, play or read. Finally saw one I like & along with 2 kids, I lugged home 2 bags of beans & the cover to contain the beans !!

It wasnt an easy task to empty the BIG bags of weightless beans into the cover!

Someone once told me that the house is a reflection of the mind & I totally agree to that. When the house is cleaned, the bed is made & the toys are kept away, my spirit is lifted and so is my tolerance level !

It was a beautiful day. While the man & the children were sleeping, I washed the balcony & wiped the railings.

I cant remember when was the last time I was sick.. very sick.

Yesterday I had a sore throat then I started to cough. This morning I woke up I knew it will be the worst day of my life. My back is aching, my head feels heavy & I am coughing my lungs out!

Thank God for Richard. He will be on half day leave to take over my job.

Ok, till I get well.

Cousins reunion

Last Thursday my personal courier (aka Kieran's Godparents) arrived in Syd !! A big thank you to Jan & Steven.

I am sure Jan will have alot to say in her blog (like de shopping place we went to ha ha ha!) so I shall give her the privilege to elaborate (suan) further !!

Something is terribly wrong with me. I am addicted to Chicken Cobb Salad (eggs, grilled chicken, avocados, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce & corns). People who know me well will know that if I love a particular food, I DONT eat in moderation !!
