Best of all, I dont have to dig & insert a $1 coin unlike those normal NTUC trolleys. Both of us enjoyed the marketing.

My mom & I wanted to bring the kids to Vivocity again.. end up we didnt go anywhere because of the bad weather. Yesterday I bought a light weight stroller for Kayla. She likes to be carried when we go out and the current Maclaren stroller is used by Kieran (his favourite).. so I bought a cheap but nice lucky baby TOUR for her. Super light and easy to handle. Good for travelling too! Cant wait to let her use it.
Hopefully, we get to go Shanghai or Melbourne in early April.

1st hair cut

Kayla's & Kieran's 1st hair cut by a professional..

My mom & I brought the kids to Vivocity today. After lunch, we went to their favourite "playground" Toys R us. There was a children's hair salon in Toys R us and I decided to let them have their hair trimmed. Their curls were getting alittle out of control!

Today is the first time Kayla went to bed without her TuTu (pacifier). Usually she must have her pacifier & smelly blanket to fall asleep. This afternoon, she couldnt find her pacifier but was too tired to look for it so she slept without it. At night, she asked for it again so I told her to go to bed first while I look for it... and again she slept without it.

Finally! After so long...

I am a vain mom!

My two big toe nails fell off three months ago! My sports shoes were too tight and my nails turned blue black and shortly after, they dropped off. So I bandaged my toes when I went out, because they looked so gross.

After 3 months of bandages, I decided to go for nail extension at my favourite manicure salon. Awww... the most wonderful invention in the world! Just need to pay $70 (normal pedicure is $50) and I have beautiful shiny toe nails again....

Sorry kids, mummy needs to show off her toe in your diary :P

Kayla's 1st watch

... and it is an expensive one! Original price is $42. Bargained to $38.

Kayla bugged me for a watch because she saw her classmate's and like it so much. After I dropped her off in school, I went to search and saw this really nice Strawberry Shortcake watch. I cannot decide if I should get a cheap digital one, cost about $5 - $12, or a proper one which can last longer, so I called daddy and he said, " Buy the Strawberry Shortcake one la".

While waiting for my receipt, I saw a very nice white & pastel pink Baby G ! My casual watch is not working so I bought it. I am sure daddy would also say, "Buy la!" Ha ha!! Charged to his card, he cant say no. :p

Looking back...

My good friend, Eleanor, just informed me she is going to deliver today! 3 days before her "planned" date- supposed to induce this Fri 7th March.

I cant remember clearly my birth stories.. regretted not writing it down. Both pregnancies were "overdue" thus induced. I was lucky both my labour were quite short.. from admission to birth, Kayla took 8 hrs and Kieran, 4hrs. So does that mean n0. 3 will be 2 hrs?? If that is the case, I wont opt for epidural ha ha! (No! I am not pregnant, just a thought only)

They were born on the same date, 26th :)
