Therapy

I overslept.. only woke up when my kids bounced on me. As usual Kieran "attacked" my head first!! I knew I am going to have a persistant headache this morning when I couldnt sleep properly during the night.

Quickly showered the kids & prepared breakfast.

While they were entertaining themselves, I grabbed my camera and captured some fun shots of them and made into a collage using the amazing picasa! Seeing how happy they are & blogging about it, is so therapeutic lor ha ha! The next therapeutic thing to housework! Sounds crazy?
